Tails and Tales Summer Reading

“Tales and Tails,” Stanley Public Library’s summer reading program was held Thursday, June 17 at the library. Stories were read to the participants and they created blob fish slime and lion face masks. Hedgehogs and animal bracelets were handed out as prizes and the winners of a book to take home were Omni Roise and Bea Houtkooper. There will be no program Thursday, June 24 but children who visit the library June 21-25 can pick up take-home activities related to this year’s theme. The last day of the program will be Thursday, July 1 at 2:00. Please come at 1:45 to register for prizes.
