

“Tails and Tales,” Stanley Public Library’s summer reading program, was held Thursday, June 3 at the library. Stories were read to the participants, they made paper chain snakes and teams were chosen for Animal Jeopardy. Wooden snakes were handed out as prizes. Jaylee Snyder and Isabel Hurst were the winners of a free book. The next day of the program will be Thursday, June 10 at 2 p.m.
