Stanley Public Library recently celebrated National Library Week with a LEGO building contest. Entrants built a character or scene from a book they read.

Winners in the K-3 grades category were Carson Ploium, first; and Knute Roise, second. Winners in the grades 4-6 category were Lucas Ottesen, first; and Laynee Littlecreek, second.

Congratulations to all the entrants for their creative builds! The contest was sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
