The Stanley Public Library recently celebrated National Library Week with a LEGO building contest.  Entrants built a character or scene from a book they read.

The winners are:  grades 4-6, Erika Littlefield, first and Avery Ellis (not pictured), second; grades K-3, Skylee Christopher (not pictured), first and Pierce Tronset, second.

There were many excellent entries.  Congratulations to all participants for a job well done!  The contest was sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
