During October, the Stanley Public Library held a Creepy Candy Contest. Students were invited to look at the Halloween cauldron and guess the number of items it contained. Axel Istilart had the winning guess, missing the exact number by only two. Congratulations to Axel and all who visited the library and entered the contest.

The contest was sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
