National Library Week

The Stanley Public Library will celebrate National Library Week April 24-28. The theme for this year is “There’s More to the Story,” which promotes the idea that libraries have so much to offer along with books, just like people have more to their stories than most other know.

During National Library Week, children ages 4-18 who visit the library may register daily for prizes to be given away. There will be activities and crafts for children in grades K-12 from 3:45-4:45 each day. The Friends of the Library will hold a used book and movie sale and will be selling souvenir playing cards all week.
