During October, the Stanley Public Library held a Creepy Candy Contest. Students who visited the library were able to enter the contest by trying to correctly guess the number of items in the big black cauldron. Matthew Bacor was the winner of the contest and Logan Neset was second. The cauldron contained 537 items. Matthew and Logan tied with guesses of 500. Matthew won the cauldron in a drawing. Congratulations Matthew and Logan!
The contest was sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
